Fort Tryon Park - Washington Heights, New York City

Life in New York can get very hectic, very quickly. Luckily for us, New York has some of the best parks in the country! Fort Tryon is one of my favorites.  Located in Washington Heights, off the A Train at 190th Street, Fort Tryon Park is home to the Cloisters, plus some of the best views of the Hudson River. The park is full of cliffs, trees, and beautiful pathways for you to explore. You can find out more at their  website .  If you get the chance, Fort Tryon Park is well worth the visit. Check out some of my photos from my most recent trip! With views like this, it's hard to believe you are still in Manhattan! The highway runs under this gorgeous stone bridge.  The George Washington Bridge peeks out over the treetops.  Fort Tryon park is wonderful in any season, but the lush green of Summer is my favorite.  The Cloisters, part of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, is home to Medieval and religious artwork.  Stroll through the Heath
